Sky Watch Friday - No. 24

Not the greatest of photos but a particularly unusual sky effect that I haven't seen before. The high cloud had split apart and at a lower level a different cloud type formed a river through it.

Watery Wednesday

This photo is of Kimmeridge Bay down in Dorset. It was taken from the coastal path coming in from the west. Although it doesn't look like it, it was a swelteringly hot day and this is what greeted us after a 10 mile hike.
